Initializing Your PC for E-Forms
Visual Basic e-forms are standalone Windows ".exe" programs. When an e-form is filled-out, it can be locally saved, printed, and/or e-mailed.
Before using VB e-forms, the free Amgraf e-forms runtime utility software must be installed on the end-user's PC. This is a one-time initialization that you can do right now. After initialization, you can open any OneForm e-form at any time. The procedure to initialize your PC is to:
- You may need to be logged in as Administrator to install new software.
- Create a temporary download folder on your hard drive.
- Click here to download the self-installing 32BitDEformInit7.exe initialization software and save it in your temporary folder. The 6.2MB install software contains of VB runtime ".dll" and ".ocx" files that control the display, filling, and saving of OneForm electronic forms.
- When downloading is complete, close the browser and all other programs, then double-click on the 32BitDEformInit7.exe file to complete the initialization of your PC. If you later need to uninstall the software, use the Windows Control Panel and Add/Remove Software function.
Downloadable E-Forms
After completing the Initialization Procedure described above, you can download and test any of the sample e-forms shown below. We recommend that you create a new folder on your hard drive to save the ".exe" for each e-form.
