Press Release

New Forms Management Software Product from Amgraf, Inc.

Kansas City, Missouri, U.S.A.
April 22, 2004
For Immediate Release

Amgraf, Inc. announced today the immediate availability of the newest addition to its OneForm software product family, called OneForm Manager Lite (OML). With OML, smart organizations can easily deploy HTML and/or PDF fillable electronic forms to a large audience of users. OML catalogs HTML and PDF e-forms by classification and date, and provides an efficient method to distribute, organize, and manage hundreds of different electronic forms within an enterprise setting. OML-compatible electronic forms can be created in minutes with Amgraf's OneForm Designer Plus forms design package. OML is available free to end-users and can be downloaded and installed by going to Amgraf's web site www.amgraf.com.

OML combines a personal web page server with a forms file manager, and runs on a Windows client computer. Within OML, new unfilled e-forms are saved as containers for data, while form fill data files are separately stored as XML-tagged text. When a user exits after filling-in an e-form, the e-form field data is automatically extracted, optionally encrypted, and locally stored. When a user clicks to open a filled e-form, the empty base e-form is retrieved and dynamically merged with the selected fill data to display as a populated, fillable e-form.

Through OML, users can keep a secure local copy of every electronic form they fill out. E-forms from many sources can be organized and cataloged by OML on an end-user's personal computer. When desired, users can locally open, update, and submit filled forms to Internet servers for centralized data collection.

OML is the perfect e-forms management companion to other browser-based reader, viewer, and player programs.

Amgraf Announces New Product, Provides PDF Support

Kansas City, Missouri, U.S.A.
June 14, 2002
For Immediate Release

Amgraf, Inc., Kansas City, Missouri announced today the release of OneFormTM Designer Plus with Internet PDF. This new product enables customers developing Internet or intranet business forms where Adobe® Acrobat® PDF documents are required or desired to use a single development product for all their forms. They can leverage their existing investment in static or fillable PDF forms, use the powerful mapping and code-generation capabilities of OneForm Designer Plus, and create I-forms that can be submitted, saved, routed, printed and signed.

Business forms are now available from many web sites as downloadable printer-friendly PDF files. Amgraf has developed an easy way to make these forms fillable and database connected with the free Acrobat Reader. OneForm Designer Plus with Internet PDF solves end user concerns about needing expensive filler licenses during the fill session.

This new product will enable customers to create and use professional Internet forms at a much lower total cost. It will enhance eCommerce and eGovernment initiatives by providing forms over the Internet that can be integrated to databases while providing improved functionality to end-users. As with all forms created within OneForm Designer Plus, filler licenses are never required.

Business forms are the primary tools used by all businesses to capture, organize, communicate and store valuable business information. Today, most forms remain as paper-based documents. With OneForm Designer Plus With Internet PDF, forms designers and developers can merge the user-friendly features of a paper form with the power of information systems. The form becomes paper-optional, with users making the decisions as to when, and if, they choose to print their filled-in forms. The data collected are immediately available to information systems through forms-to-database connections and XML data transfer.

OneForm Designer Plus software is a complete development toolkit that provides sophisticated drawing tools, field mapping capabilities, and workflow support. The software automatically generates all code required to deploy the I-form and e-form, including server scripts.

Amgraf, Inc. a Missouri corporation based in Kansas City, Missouri, is a software developer founded in 1976. Amgraf's primary products include OneForm Designer Plus, MECCA 2000, and Triton Electronic Proofing software. Amgraf provides the technology for developing and deploying "paper-friendly" e-business forms. E-business forms provide the structure for user interaction with business processes, including eCommerce and eGovernment. They meet all the requirements of professional business forms. They can result in paper, electronic or Internet output.

Press Release

State of Missouri Names OneForm Designer Plus as the State's Standard for Electronic and Internet Forms design.

Kansas City, Missouri, U.S.A.
March 12, 2002
For Immediate Release

The State of Missouri has issued a single source contract to Amgraf, Inc., Kansas City, Missouri for the acquisition of OneForm Designer Plus software licenses to be used throughout the State for design and development of electronic and Internet business forms. The contract is a result of the state's eGovernment Initiative that designates OneForm Designer Plus as the standard for forms development for the State.

The contract enables all State agencies as well as local governments to acquire the software for use in their forms development and eGovernment initiatives. It includes training and technical support, as well as programming services, which may be needed to develop customized applications.

The Forms Management Division, Office of Administration, has used the software since 1998 to design and develop more than 1200 forms. The Missouri State Highway Patrol has used the software to create an electronic Accident Investigation report form.

OneForm Designer Plus software is a complete development toolkit that provides sophisticated drawing tools, field mapping capabilities, and workflow support. The end result is a form file that can be used to output to plate (for printing), generate an electronic form, or generate a version to be used within a browser on the Internet or on an Intranet. The one file remains at the source for easy revision management. Users of the forms do not need any special software on their PC.

The Missouri Office of State Courts Administrator, in cooperation with the Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing and materials, prepared the contract.

Press Release

Amgraf and Verify First Technologies Enter into Joint Marketing Agreement.

New NaNOcopyTM/LogoDotTM Security System to be unveiled at the Print01 Show in Chicago.

Kansas City, Missouri, U.S.A.
August 29, 2001
For Immediate Release

Amgraf, Inc. and Verify First Technologies, Inc. (VFT) announced today that they have entered into an agreement to cross-license and jointly promote their patented and patent-pending technologies for printing secure documents, to be marketed as the NaNOcopy/LogoDot Security System. By combining VFT's nanostructure anti-fraud, anti-copy inventions, with Amgraf's ability to embed a microscopic image within a halftone dot, licensees will be able to print a highly effective and affordable graphical security pattern on any document. Copies of the resultant documents are easily detectable due to the "pop-out", self-canceling warning messages, and closer examination with a magnifying glass reveals further obvious image distortions.

NaNOcopy, a security technology being patented by VFT, consists of tiny graphical objects arranged so that toner or ink is trapped, distorted and exaggerated during the copying process, resulting in selective darkening of certain areas of a document. By camouflaging these nanostructures into foregrounds of one density characteristic on top of or within a background having a differing characteristic, warning words such as "VOID" or "COPY" can be made to appear when the document is copied or scanned. Additionally, these tiny graphical objects can be composed with alpha/numerical characters, which collectively could formulate a covert algorithm encryption for higher-end, court enforceable security.

Amgraf's patent-pending LogoDot technology allows a user to capture any image such as a corporate logo, a photograph, or a key word or phrase, and convert that image into a custom halftone dot that replaces conventional round dots typically used in normal commercial printing. When compared to conventional halftone dots, LogoDots are much more difficult to faithfully reproduce with color photocopiers and scanners, resulting in easily detectable copies. By joining forces, Amgraf and VFT provide licensees with the ability to create copy-resistant nanostructure warning messages that include corporate logos and other recognizable images.

Since the NaNOcopy/LogoDot technology is based on a purely graphical imaging method, the security effect can be added to a document design during the prepress stage of manufacture, and does not substantially increase the overall print production cost.

The NaNOcopy/LogoDot Security System is immediately available for license to reputable security document manufacturers.
