Below is an example of a Database Connected e-form. Any "Fill-and-Print" e-form can be linked to data tables for online data capture
directly into a web server database. Once captured, the form-fill data can be recalled when the e-form is reopened, and shared with other
server application software. User data can also be pre-populated on the e-form when it is opened.
