There is a new plot-parms directive for typdrv:

	ncsuffix: X

which sets the suffix for the job being processed.  This directive, if
present, overwrites the M_NCSUFFIX env. var setting.  The X suffix above is
treated as a string, and can be up to 30 letters long.  For Pantone, X is
usually one of U, C or M (for Uncoated, Coated, or Matte stock).

X can also be a dash (or minus sign), which means "no suffix whatsoever".
