Release notes for MECCA 2000 version 4.21. Feb/27/2009 Fixed: 1. Trailing empty text lines on input crashed MECCA (m2kbin). 2. Typdrv had an internal limit of 100 connected segments in one line of composed text, but did not check if the limit is reached (typdrv). There is no pre-set limit anymore. 3. Displacement values for merged external EPS were incorrectly scaled up by a factor of 1.004167 (typdrv). 4. Name of the artwork file was not set when output to EPS (print.tcl). 5. A code change in v4.20 PPD file parsing (to deal with syntax errors) caused a mis-count of characters when accumulating key values, causing errors in PS outputs using PPD features (typdrv, ppdsetup). 6. bcompose did not compare tray names properly when it tried partial name match (bcompose). 7. A stand-alone or leading CBC command can sometimes crash MECCA (m2kbin, galeyc). Changed/New: 1. When printing a spot color job as composite, components having density 100% (color 700), and are on layers that "print on all seps", will now appear as Black in one-sheet proof, but on all seps when the composite output is separated by the RIP (typdrv).
