Fixed:

1. Raster image importer ppmtoix marked incorrect data record size
   (ppmtoix).

2. Lock-out for picking did not work for a combined geometry (m2kbin).

3. MECCA sometimes crashes when opening a drawing file, due to text data
   loaded in memory not referenced correctly (m2kbin).

4. Corrected an error in boundary pixel check (dmbin).

5. Corrected temporary file naming error (ps3form).

6. Addressed a problem in loading filled-area components from files
   produced by foreign sources (preview, typdrv, gpcdump).


Changed/New:

1. Added brief message for non-standard JPEG format when combining
   (combinefile.tcl).

2. Move the "show file-load log" to before error return (m2k_loadg
   in m2kprocs.tcl), so that any load error messages can be shown.

3. Standardized file read/write modules for separate programs (m2kbin,
   galeyc, pngtoix, pantopedit, actfont, gpcdump, preview, getdwgver,
   pmunu, rasfont, makcoloras, ixtopng, ixtobmp, imgtrim, imgrotea,
   imgrote, imgmirr, imggrow, imgcrop, imgchres, typdrv).

4. Minor source code cleanup for the batch page-breaking program (pmunu).

5. The batch composition program unimap now will try to run "iconv" to
   convert UCS-4 and UCS-2 encoded text files originated from foreign
   platforms (unimap).
