Release Notes for MECCA 2000 version 5.20.  Oct/24/2013

-- release 5.19 was made only for 64-bit binaries, therefore it
   was not made as a general release.


Fixed:

1. Querying a Code128 barcode that was a copy, showed the copy
   having no data (m2kbin).

2. The PS converter errored on data string that contains special characters
   (PS).

3. Assistive file "mecfiles", to be used with the system's "file"
   command, caused incorrect data to be reported on 64-bit systems
   (mecfiles).

4. The File Selection dialog processor incorrectly substituted all
   tilde characters in the file name, instead of only the first one
   (dbox.tcl).

5. Some barcodes and pantos/borders are displayed on screen with
   incorrect character widths (m2kbin).


Changed/New:

1. Changed how arcs are rendered on screen, to accomodate extreme
   cases of ellipses.  No functional impact to the software (m2kbin).

2. For a CFF font in OTF (OpenType Font) format, glyph outlines are now
   extracted by ftolg directly, rather than psolg from converted Type1 data
   (t1font.tcl).
