Fixed:

1. The preview program did not correctly obtain the page bounding box of
   an EPS that was combined into a graphic file (preview).

2. The OTF format font converter mis-handled fonts that include GPOS
   table; also guard against unreasonable font data (otfconv, ftolg).


Changed/New:

1. Line weights in dialog boxes (line, box) are now more consistent
   (m2kbin).

2. Corrected potential page count error in batch composition (galeyc, pmunu,
   preview, gpcdump, m2kbin, typdrv, batchcomp, bcompose, compose.tcl,
   compose2.tcl).
