Fixed:

1. Ensure robust named-color (e.g. Pantone) and traditional (FCP) color
   names coding (typdrv).

2. frmpos program had a problem copying old format raster logos into the
   mf file (frmpos).

3. ixtobmp converter had a problem in dealing with old format .r data
   (ixtobmp).

4. 32-bit version of the "filled area" reader routine had a problem with
   recently updated old drawing files (makcoloras, PS, typdrv, preview, pmunu,
   getdwgver, imgchres, imgcrop, imggrow, imgmirr, imgrote, imgrotea, imgtrim,
   ixtobmp, ixtopng, pmugal, rasfont, frmpos, pngtoix, galeyc, m2kbin).


Changed:

1. The old True-Type font utility "ttmkfdir" has been retired (its
   functionality replaced by current mkfontdir/mkfontscale), so we update
   accordinly (t1font.tcl).
