Fixed:

1. The 64-bit version page breaking program had problems with some of its
   variable having mis-matched sizes, resulting in erroneous page breaks
   (pmunu).

   As a result, the 32-bit version has been updated as well.

2. bcompose program sometimes would mis-read plot specs (bcompose).


Changed/New:

1. When generating PostScript for a device, a component's screen value
   is checked against the device's "low and high screen values" set in the
   file "all_res.parms").  Since 2014, if a component's screen value is
   lower than the device's low screen value, the device's high screen
   value is used instead: to prevent improper low screen values in file
   "all_res.parms" from producing "unacceptable" final prints.

   For certain applications, however, this treatment is not desirable.
   Therefore starting with this version, a one-line entry in the file
   /usr/mecca/cfg/mecca3:

      useloscreen

   will result in the device's low screen value being used (typdrv).

2. 2D barcode QR Code support has been added (m2kbin, typdrv, gpcdump,
   bar2d.tcl, qr2d.tcl, tclIndex, acknowledgment).
