Fixed:

1. Certain OpenType CFF font files do not invlude "Weight" specifier, causing
   font installation to fail (psfxlfd).

2. Under certain conditions, the license key manager could crash (adgld).


Changed/New:

1. When scanning for fonts used, typdrv did not inspect any external super-
   impose file; althgouth this does not result in any font (used in that
   super-imposed file) being dropped, the placement of font data in the output
   nonetheless was not ideal (typdrv).
