Fixed:

1. Update to handle some contents written by OFDP (m2kbin, typdrv).

2. Corrected reading problems with certain binary (bw) raster images (m2kbin,
   gpcdump).

3. The preview program did not stop processing components at the composed page
   break (preview).


Changed/New:

1. Updated pmunu due to source code clean-up; likewise for m2kbin.
2. Updated pngtoix/ixtopng to use the PNG library released with v6.00.
3. Updated freetype2 library to 2.11.0 (libfreetype.so.6, m2kbin, typdrv,
   ftversion).
