Fixed:

1. Restored arrow keys in traversing font listboxes in Master Font List dialog
   (text.tcl).


Changed/New:

1. "Scale Line Weights" option in the Rotate/Scale parameters dialog is now
   customizable on a per user basis: in user's login home directory, add the
   following line to a file named ".m2k.tcl":

      set xfmData(scale_lw) 1  ;# 1 enable; 0 disable; default is 0.

   affected files (defaults.tcl, m2kprocs.tcl, xform2.tcl).
