Fixed:
  1. Remove use of 'tr', and made it more in line with how input text file is
     processed (pdfbprt).

Changed/New:

  1. Changed how UI dialogs are brought up based on platform (numerous .tcl
     files in /usr/bin/amgraf/tkscripts).

  2. Update Tcl/Tk to 8.6.16 (tclsh8.6, wish8.6, libs/tcl8.6, libs/tk8.6,
     libtcl86.so.1, libtclstub86.a, libtk86.so.1, libtkstub86.a).
