Fixed:

  1. Corrected a typo when deiconfiying/restoring a dialog/menu (m2kprocs.tcl).


Changed/New:

  1. Update libpng to 1.6.50 (libpng16.so.16).

  2. Update Tcl/Tk to 8.6.17 (tclsh8.6, wish8.6, libs/tcl8.6, libs/tk8.6,
     libtcl86.so.1, libtclstub86.a, libtk86.so.1, libtkstub86.a).

  3. Update Freetype2 library to 2.14.1 (libfreetype.so.6)

  4. Added WEBP raster image type support to interactive "Project->Combine";
     a WEBP file is converted to a PNG first by dwebp in the standard libwebp
     release (dwebp, combinefile.tcl, m2kprocs.tcl, menus/cmbn_types.list,
     misc/COPYING.webp).
