Programmer/Analyst
Amgraf, Inc. is a leading developer of electronic forms software and solutions. We are seeking a Programmer/Analyst to become an integral part of our technical team. You will
be responsible for independently creating and modifying computer application software

Qualifications:
- Must exhibit mastery of Microsoft Visual Studio using C++ programming language
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to be productive without close supervision
- Knowledge with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
- Familiarity with web software development
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux desirable
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Minimum Education and/or Experience Required: Bachelor's degree and three or more years related work experience; or an equivalent
combination of education and work experience
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Employment Type: Full-Time in Office
- Report to VP of Software Development
- Quickly acquire working knowledge of existing Amgraf software products
- Play a significant role in the enhancement of Amgraf software products
- Analyze customer needs and develop software solutions
- Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code
- Perform routine software maintenance
Compensation:
- Salary: $82,000 to $112,000 per year depending on experience

Office Assistant with Graphics Arts Knowledge
Amgraf, Inc. is a leading developer of electronic forms software and solutions. We are seeking a versatile Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage internal and external communications, maintain records, and support managers, coworkers, and visitors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with office equipment are essential. This role is best suited for a self-motivated, capable professional with a positive demeanor who can help keep the office running smoothly. Work is performed under general supervision, with on-the-job training provided to familiarize new assistants with operating procedures and guidelines. Because our software products are graphics oriented, basic graphic arts knowledge is preferred. You will have many opportunities to benefit from the continuing growth of our company. Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Play a critical role in maintaining the operations of an office, undertaking a range of clerical and administrative tasks
- Multi-tasking, prioritize workload, and work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and knowledge of modern office practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Office Management: Prepare communications such as memos, emails, or reports concerning projects. Maintain business records and keep office organized. Maintain office supplies.
- Clerical Duties: File documents, perform data entry, proofread, copy, scan, and prepare business correspondence. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Reception and Customer Service: Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages. Greet visitors and answer queries. Keep the reception area, meeting rooms and common spaces tidy.
- Project and Event Assistance: Support projects as requested with proofreading, data entry, and documentation. Assist with event planning and logistics.
- Financial: Assist with bookkeeping, invoices, payables, and other financial needs.
- Specialized Tasks: Maintain effective working relationships with employees and customers. Perform any project related duties as assigned.
Compensation:
- Salary: $44,000 to $58,000 per year depending on experience
