Companies and organizations are rapidly embracing the Internet as a means of communication with customers, suppliers, employees, and investors. Now you can quickly convert your paper business forms into I-Forms for posting on the Internet or internal Intranets. I-Forms are the perfect medium for visitors to your web site to key and submit information. I-Forms are also ideal for reports and statements which can be displayed on-demand and printed from the browser to a local desktop printer. Most importantly, with OneForm Designer Plus, you can freely distribute and use I-Forms worldwide because no filler software licences are ever required.

There are two sample forms: an Employment Application and an Expense Report. Both forms can be opened as either HTML or fillable PDF. Both forms can be filled, locally printed, submitted, e-mailed, and reopened.
NOTE: There are many available methods to insure that electronic forms are not filled or retrieved by unauthorized users. In the interest of simplicity for our demonstration, we have disabled access control and security for these sample forms.

Printing HTML Format Internet Business Forms

If you are using the default Internet Explorer Printer Page settings, you may have trouble printing Internet forms. If some parts of the form do not print, go to "Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Printing" in your browser and check ON the option:

        Print Background Colors and Images

The forms may also be cut off on an edge, or spill over to an extra page, or have too much white space in the margins. These problems can be corrected by changing your "Page Setup" values. These settings can be changed by clicking the "File/Page Setup" menu in your browser. The following values are best for printing HTML Formatted Internet forms:

        Page Headers Off (Cleared)

        Page Footers Off (Cleared)

Page Margins = .25" for Left, Right, Top, and Bottom

NOTE: The AOL browser reads your Printer Page settings from the registry. You must open an Internet Explorer browser to change these settings.
